Hi Cody, great question!

The 10 am – 2 pm time frame in Ayurveda is for our biggest meal of the day, because our digestive fire is the highest at that time. So, this looks like a robust lunch with foods/meals that harmonize your dosha, and a lighter breakfast/dinner with specific ingredients for your Dosha.
