Im a little confused about eating and the Dinacharya. It say’s we should eat between 10am and 2pm as that is the Pitta time of day, and there is a lot of digestive fire. What about eating during any other time of day? Is it just a matter of eating foods that will balance the dosha that is currently present, or is it saying that is really the only time frame during the day that we should be eating?
