What method did you use? Did you use fresh lemon balm? If so did you wilt it beforehand? How did the lemonbalm smell before infusing it? How long has it been infusing? Could you give me more details about the process you did?
So many questions, but the answers will help me determine why you may not have captured as much of the essential oil as desired.
