I have a question about the assessment. First of all, how did we find out the equation/calculation for finding your dosha? After my calculation, I basically got the same results as i had before the calculation, so I’m wondering why the calculation is necessary?
Secondly, after I did the calculation for my own assessment, Pitta was my dominant, and vata and kapha were the same number. Does this mean I only have 1 super dominant dosha? I’ve been seeing most people are speaking about their 2 doshas and that it is possible to have 2 dominant doshas, rather than 1 dominant and a secondary (unless that means the same thing here haha). Before the calculation, Vata was the second highest total, and Kapha was the third. Would that mean that Vata is technically my secondary, leaving Kapha 3rd?
