Thank you for pointing this out to us. I’m surprised it hasn’t been caught yet, but I will pass this along to the head of the course to correct in the material.
The total is meant to be 100g, which would make about 150-200 ’00’capsules. The dose would be to take 2 capsules 3-5 x/day as needed. Keep an eye on how you are feeling in terms of blood pressure as it can reduce blood pressure enough to cause light dizziness, depending on your existing status.
