I am currently working on the assignment for my dosha – Pitta.
The meal I chose is a salad and I am working on the list of ingredients and their energetic qualities. I am wondering how many energetic qualities are expected for each ingredient.
For example, I have spinach as my first ingredient and I have that it is cold, dry, and smooth.
Am I on the right track by just listing Gunas? Or should I be listing the tastes like bitter and salty for spinach? I am mostly following my intuition on this.
