Hi! About garlic… Amanda mentioned a recipe for a garlic oxymel. When is this indicated to consume? Is this like an everyday tonic or just when you have a viral infection? If a person suffers from Acid Reflux is this a soother way to take garlic? I’m guessing that the honey helps to soothe and counteract the heat from the garlic and/or the acid in the vinegar; but I’m unsure.
Could you please explain a bit further on the use of oxymels and this garlic one in particular?
