On page 249 Herbal therapeutics,I was wondering about the recipe for the mouthwash tincture I thought all tinctures are made with alcohol.Is this mouthwash tincture just made with water?and for the chamomile mouthwash tea, Is it with 25 grams of chamomile and .88 ounces of water?It just seems like very little water.Less than an ounce of water.
