Hello!
I’m currently working through Herbal Therapeutics (Section 3) Therapeutic Approaches for Prevention of Cardiovascular Disease. We are talking about things you can take to help prevent cardiovascular disease and oily fish, fish oil is mentioned. If I’m working with someone who is vegetarian or vegan, is there a equivalent that could be used instead of fish? I suppose that we could look at all the other things that could be used as well but I thought if there was an equivalent it would be good to know!
