I’m curious about Lions mane since my partner and I have been taking it for a few months. We know its a fungi that is supposed to have all sorts of benefits but after finishing the first course in the Home Herbalism program, I realize that there is so much more to know. Is it considered an adaptogen or something else? If its an adaptogen, what specific area of cognition does it support? Is it considered a “strong” or “mild” plant? Does it have any preventative benefits for anything other than cognition? Please could you also refer me to a well researched and succinct article(s) on Lions mane? Thanks so much!
