HI there! I’m confused about this case study in the exam section:
A 42-year-old man has been suffering from noticeable palpitations for the past 18 months.
Patient Information:
increasing in severity during the last 2 weeks
fatigue
dizziness
dry throat
night sweating
Tongue: pale with a thin white coating
Pulse: Weak (Ruo) and Thready (Xi)
The answer was Qi and Blood Def… but I’ve never seen night sweating not connected to Yin Def… so can you please explain the answer to this question. Thanks!
