Thank you, that sounds like a lovely recipe, I’d definitely make it when flowers are out:) I was wondering if Lilac has any medicinal properties. The reason I’m asking is that I read somewhere that in one of the types 2 diabetic medicines, they use lilac flowers. Would this mean it’s good for diabetes?
