I’m realising that you may have meant that you would like to try to put tincture inside a capsule? I don’t think this would work since the tincture would likely dissolve the capsule. But if you wanted to try it out 1:5 would be fine, although I’d be inclined to do as strong a tincture as possible (1:2 or even 1:1) since you would only be able to fit about 0.5 mL in a capsule. If this is what you meant and you do try it, I’d love to know if it worked!
