Hi Amanda!

Before using any herbs for tinnitus, it’s helpful to know why it’s happening (this will inform which herbal actions you use).
In general, I have found success with ginkgo (Ginkgo biloba) and black cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa).
I included these herbs in a tincture, but usually, it’s recommended to use ginkgo in a standardized extract of 60-120mg twice/day.
For black cohosh, a tincture is fine!

Please note, there are some contraindications with medications (particularly blood thinners/anticoagulants/anti-platelet meds) for ginkgo, as well as vasodilatory headaches. You also don’t want to use black cohosh in pregnancy or lactation.
