hello!
I have noticed when some people are making infusions or tinctures etc. they will sometimes use a type of fabric/cloth or I have even seen parchment paper used as well, to cover the jar before putting the lid over it. Just wondering what the reasoning for this is? I hope my question was clear. this may be touched on somewhere in the course, but I am still just starting out so have not gotten there if so.
