I will look into the video! In the meantime, yes you can use fresh rose petals. You will just need more quantity of fresh petals to fill the jar, and I would recommend wiping the dirt off of them before infusing them. Feel free to wash them if you’d like, but wait to infuse them with the honey until they are dry of water.
