In regard to the rose honey, do you mind pointing out which video lesson it is that Amanda mentions the honey?
I have made rose honey a few times, find a common recipe below!
Get a 16oz mason jar, and fill it all the way with dried rose petals. Add raw, unpasteurized honey to cover the honey.
Let it infuse for 2-4 weeks (make sure to date it). You can either leave the petals in (this is what I did), or you can gently warm the honey up on low heat until it becomes more liquid, and strain the rose out with cheesecloth. Date, and enjoy!
