In the case of rose flower essence, it is helpful for the heart, increasing compassion, self-love, and empathy for yourself and others.
I’ve included flower essences in tincture blends in the past, but they are a medicine that people don’t often require on a long-term basis. Single herb flower essences are sometimes the best, but you can always make a blend of a few flower essences. Once there is an emotional or energetic shift, one can stop taking the essence or move on to another one.
