Hi Fara, thank you for bringing up this concern!
We absolutely agree that all students should be able to edit or delete their own questions/comments on the discussion board.
Currently, our site is unable to enable students this option, but we are in the midst of a website rebuild where this will be possible. I will notify our team and ask if there is anything that can happen in the meantime.
