Hi! I’m currently making my way through this very informative course. In the fruit video, Angeli made an off-hand comment about it being best not to eat fruit with other food. Of course I eat fruit with other foods all the time 🙂 Either mixed in (like topping my morning oatmeal with berries) or after a meal as a dessert. I’m wondering how to put this into practice. How long should one wait after a meal before eating fruit?
