When you click on your Ayurvedic Assignment, it tells you to download your Dosha Test Form (also found in your guidebook Appendix) or use another reliable source to complete your assessment. Click on the “Download your Dosha Test Form” and you will be able to complete it to determine your dominant Dosha.
