UPDATE: i brought one of the oils up, thinking i might have to dump it, but the little round balls disappeared when in a warmer space. i’m wondering if it was just olive oil congealing? there is nothing else growing in it and it smells great. should i just pour off the oil, leaving the bit of silt/fine marc in the bottom? or pour through a paper coffee filter and put it back into storage?
