hi friends, i have some oils i made last year from fresh herbs that are starting to have little round white balls form at the bottom of the jar. they have been stored in the cold room, but i made them before this course, so i’m guessing i squeezed them pretty thoroughly… is this mold? does this mean i can’t use them?
in the future, don’t press out the fresh oils from the marc…and should i also let the oil settle and then pour in out again to another jar, being careful to leave any fine herbal dust behind?
