hi there… back to my double extraction. I have strained and pressed my marc and am ready to simmer in water. In Saraphina’s lesson she simply covers the mushroom with water and simmers. In Robert’s video he weighs the straines marc and multiplies by 20 for the amount to simmer in. Can someone let me know what would be the best for dual extraction of fresh lion’s mane. thx a bunch!
