Thank you for the reply as I intuitively lean into how I am feeling at particular times to be more aware with what helps and what may cause more of an imbalance. That being said, the dual-dosha remains tricky in many of the conflicting aspects of food options, tastes etc. I will experiment deeper with seasonal alignment and feel into the qualities of each dosha for support. I completely understand just wanted to clarify for assignment purposes.
Is there a resource that I can access (book or site) that describes the energetic quality of foods, herbs etc.? For example; whether a particular food or herb is cool or warm in nature (not temperature) and the quality of it whether it is grounding, calming etc.
