Ok sounds great. I didnt realize that it is better to save them in a non breatheable container! In one of the courses there was a mention of keeping the dried tea in a paper bag for 2 weeks to ensure its fully dried so this is what I do now and I think its working well. And yes Ill do the rice idea! cute!
