Hello. I live in the Fraser Valley on the unceded traditional territory of the Leq’a:mel people. I’m passionate about following an ancestral diet and enjoy growing a garden and I am forever learning. I pick wild medicines and enjoy learning about herbs. I’m looking forward to learning more and expanding my knowledge and seeing how I can incorporate this into my own life and community.
