Hilary opened The Rooted Table in Vancouver, BC, upon graduating from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition. It has since grown into a busy, full service catering gig where she cooks custom meals for her clients, caters retreats and pop-up dinners, develops recipes, and supports other brands as a food stylist. Hilary also teaches cooking classes and hosts workshops.
