Join Dr. Lucas outside for a beautiful demonstration on Qi Gong techniques to use for pain. You will learn how to manipulate Qi through movement, breath work, and meditation to address issues like headaches, stiff neck, join pain, and cold hands and feet. We suggest you have a partner nearby to practice these exercises with, they will thank you!
