Course description

Facial features, colours, and markings provide a blueprint of the emotional and physical state of the body. Ancient Chinese facial diagnosis gives insight into a person’s constitution, emotional tendencies, disease patterns, and belief systems.

CT Holman teaches the Lillian Pearl Bridges Facial Diagnosis lineage (Chen family) style. In this accessible course, CT explains how to detect the state of each organ system and a patient’s personality by reading the various colours and features on the face. He will explain the terms and foundations of Chinese medicine, and how to apply these when examining a patient’s face. The signs observed on the face give you insight into the person’s talents and abilities. This helps you to better understand the person you are looking at and what gifts they bring to the human family.

During this interactive and dynamic course, CT will read two volunteers’ faces to demonstrate how facial diagnosis can be used in dynamic ways.

You will learn:

  • The basic foundations of Chinese Medicine.
  • How to understand the nature of the Five Elements.
  • How the various feature on the face relates to organ health, personality, and innate talents.
  • What real telemedicine patient interviews look like, and the information that you can garner from them.

By the end of this course, you will have a strong understanding of how to start recognizing what various facial features could indicate, while infusing your observations with a TCM state of mind.
